Located in the home of the Lumberjack World Championships competition and the American Birkebeiner nordic ski race, the Hayward office provides outpatient mental health counseling, psychiatric services, and psychological testing.

Theresa provides treatment for individuals preschool age through adult.
Julia L. Karibalis MS, LPC
Julia has been in the mental health field since graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in mental health counseling in 1997. Julia has a BA in psychology from UW-Stout as well and has been a member of the Psi Chi National Honors Society in Psychology since 1997. Julia specializes in individual, family, and couples therapy, depression, anxiety and eating disorders, grief, loss, and women's issues, treatment of sexual abuse, anger management, divorce, parenting, Bipolar Disorder and PTSD. Clients: children age 8 and older, adolescents, and adults. Julia is a native of Hayward, WI and enjoys what the area has to offer.
Connie Powers Mohawk MA, LPC, NCC
Connie entered the mental health field as a second career after raising her children and working as a music teacher. Her professional interests include working with adults to overcome emotional, relational, and behavioral problems that result from mental disorders, trauma, stress, and loss. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients during difficult times, helping them find ways to enjoy more satisfying and purposeful lives. Connie is married with three grown children and several grandchildren. She enjoys the outdoors and spends time hiking, camping, canoeing, kayaking, and cross country skiing. She also enjoys playing and teaching piano.
